The First Chinese Church of Christ‘s David C. and May T. Liu Scholarship
is available to students who have been accepted to or attending an accredited college or university on a full-time basis in the United States or Canada. The student must be a member, or a child or grandchild of a member of the First Chinese Church of Christ.
In order to apply, please complete the following steps:
1. Open the link to the fillable PDF form below the instructions.
2. Save (Safari or Edge) or download (Chrome) the file.
3. Complete the form.
4. If you are not filling it out all at once, make sure you save your file at the end of each session.
5. When you are ready to send the file in, you will notice that the signature line is not fillable. Please sign on a separate sheet with the date and photograph it.
6. Before sending your application in, rename it by adding your name to the beginning of the file name.
7. Attach both your filled-out application and signature page files to an email to office@firstchinese.org with the word Scholarship and your name on the subject line by 4:00pm HST on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
8. You can also call the office to have a paper version of this application sent to you. If you complete it that way, make sure that the application is typed as a handwritten application will be rejected.
